Round table “Social justice as a key principle in the implementation of social policy”

February 18, 2016 in the Office of Labor and Social Protection of Uman city council held a roundtable “Social justice as a key principle in the implementation of social policy”, dedicated to the Day of Social Justice, with the participation of Head of the Labour and Social Welfare Galina Mikhailovna Kucher, Deputy Head of the Labour and social Welfare Yuliya Yurevna Malishevska.

Deputy Head of the Department of Labour and Social Welfare Svitlana Melnyk, chairman of the city committee of Union of Education and Science of Love Andronivny Kuzmenko, coordinator of legal universal education Lyudmila Antonovna Rybak, head of pay and employment Irina Ivanovna Aheyenko, heads of public organizations of invalids “Trust” Lydia Yegorovna Voloshin, head of the service “Mercy” Holy Assumption parish Ekaterina Levadko, chairman of the trade union of workers of the Department of labor and social protection Elena Levchenko.

Issues discussed at the round table had problems protecting socially disadvantaged miles and solutions.

Representative of Uman State Pedagogical University named Paul Tyczyn was Associate Professor of Social Education and Social Work, Head of the School of Excellence “School social knowledge” Galina Bondarenko, who briefed all present the work of students and teachers of the faculty of social and psychological education on areas of work on social support and assistance to vulnerable people. In particular, attention was drawn to the Center of Social and Educational Integration “Without Barriers” Student social and psychological services, national-patriotic camp for students “action” that operate at the faculty of social and psychological education.
